RESIGHT is pleased to release fly-over drone footage of the Springbrook Farm planned urban development in Alcoa, TN. Since the project groundbreaking in 2017, the project has progressed at a rapid pace in preparation for an urban development consisting of commercial and residential uses.

Watch as empty acreage is transformed into one of the newest premier planned communities. Including major road construction, infrastructure and pre-planning for future community development, this project will provide new jobs, affordable housing and increase tax revenues for the city of Alcoa and the surrounding area.

RESIGHT, in partnership with the City of Alcoa and Arconic Inc., began redevelopment of the site on April 10, 2017. 

PROJECT FACTS:

• Approximately 300 acres
• 6000 ft. of roadway opening approximately 100 acres for immediate development
• Current project scope: road construction, utility infrastructure installation, and site grading
• Goals: build an urban development consisting of commercial and residential uses
