[li-row]Facilitated the multi-billion dollar investments to occur decades before the alternate of waiting for NASA to finish the clean up on their own. [/li-row]

[li-row]Successfully assisted the City with negotiating agreements with NASA, the Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Board, and the prospective surface rights developers to frame a solution to move the site forward. [/li-row]

[li-row]Developed an innovative overlay district and covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R’s) for a cleanup program for chlorinated solvents in soils and groundwater to allow for simultaneous surface redevelopment. [/li-row]

[li-row]Manuscripted and purchased Pollution Legal Liability insurance as part of an overarching risk management strategy on behalf of the City and participating stakeholders to protect against the possibility of third party claims and/or discovery of unknown contamination during redevelopment.
