In collaboration with the City of New Haven, Double A envisions a residential redevelopment in this prime location near Yale University. The project will help the City of New Haven to connect the new Science Park redevelopment and the historic Dixwell and Newhallville neighborhoods. Additionally, the project will provide new jobs, affordable housing and increase tax revenues for the city.

Demolition progress continues at a rapid pace, since it began in September on a portion of the former Winchester Repeating Arms complex.  The structure demolition is being conducted by DEMCO, Inc. PAL Environmental completed abatement of the utility corridor, while Giordano is just completing the importing of fill.
