Brent Anderson

Chief Executive Officer & Founder

Brent is CEO of RESIGHT Holdings, LLC and CEO of International Risk Group, LLC, bringing over 30 years of experience as both an attorney and engineer in the environmentally impaired real estate industry. Previously, he served as President and Corporate Counsel for Cherokee Environmental Risk Management, where he led the acquisition and sale of $900 million in assets with complex environmental and transactional challenges. A nationally recognized expert in brownfields redevelopment, Brent’s expertise spans:

• Capital formation (debt, equity, and public funding)
• Transaction structure for real estate acquisition and disposition documents as well as applicable regulatory documents
• Transaction securitization (insurance, bonding, and contractual allocation of risk)
• Securing entitlements (master plan amendments, general development plans, and rezoning)
• Environmental insurance and financial assurance
• The formation and management of metropolitan and special assessment districts alongside other quasi-municipal districts

He received a J.D. from the University of Denver (Order of St. Ives), an M.E. in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines (Cum Laude), and a B.S. in Geology from Montana State University (Cum Laude). He is a member of Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the Denver, Colorado, and American Bar Associations.

Michelle DeVoe

Director of Legal Strategies

Michelle has over 30 years of experience guiding clients through the purchase, sale, and redevelopment of environmentally impaired properties. Her work spans every phase of brownfield transactions, from navigating complex regulatory processes to negotiating environmental risk management strategies to drafting complex transaction documents to mitigate environmental concerns. She regularly works with technical experts to ensure chosen solutions are both sound and workable in practice.

Michelle is currently a shareholder at a national Denver law firm, and prior to that was the co-founder of a boutique environmental, regulatory, and business law firm. Early in her career, she also served as General Counsel for a nationally recognized environmental nonprofit. Her broader practice covers environmental litigation, environmental and energy compliance, and transactional work across industries including real estate and development, private equity and REITs, ski resort and hospitality, oil and gas, industrial facilities, and municipalities.

She speaks regularly on issues of environmental and energy law and recently presented at the Colorado Bar Association Real Estate Symposium on environmental implications in real estate and corporate transactions. Michelle was named on multiple occasions as a top environmental attorney in Denver by 5280 Magazine and recognized by Best Lawyers as a top environmental lawyer in Denver. She was appointed by former Mayor Hancock to the Denver Career Services Board and serves on the board of City Year Denver. She is also active with the real estate and environmental sections of the Colorado Bar Association.

Ariana Anderson

Chief Operating & Investment Officer

Ariana leads operations at RESIGHT, where she has spent over seven years building the internal systems that keep deals moving. She created and implemented processes across marketing, sales, deal pursuit, underwriting, and post-closing management. She also led RESIGHT’s B Corp certification and remains an active participant in the B Corp business community. Ariana holds a Master’s in Real Estate and Construction Management from Georgetown University, where she graduated Cum Laude.

Devin Black

Senior Development Manager

Devin is a licensed professional geologist and environmental professional with over 15 years of experience in environmental due diligence, property characterization, and remedial evaluation for both public and private clients. His project background ranges from planning, implementing, and managing small private real estate transactions to large active and historical oil and gas, railroad, and chlorinated solvent properties, as well as state and federal brownfield projects. Devin is known for building strong relationships and finding practical solutions that both benefit the environment and help clients move complex transactions forward.

Alex Hammacher

Senior Accountant

Alex brings over eight years of accounting and project coordination experience to the RESIGHT team. Her background working with erosion control and groundwater providers gives her a grounded understanding of the financial side of environmental properties, a perspective that shapes how she approaches her work. She supports the team with operational project management, impact reporting, and financial modeling for potential properties. Alex graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has called Colorado home ever since.

Charlie Anderson

Project Associate

Charlie holds a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with a focus in hydrogeology. He has contributed to remedial efforts across a range of project types, from petroleum-impacted soils to water treatment system maintenance. As an Environmental Associate, he brings fresh technical training and a genuine enthusiasm for the firm’s work repositioning environmentally impaired properties.

Danielle Dupey

Marketing Coordinator

Danielle is a Wisconsin-born, Denver-based marketing coordinator and designer with over eight years of experience across visual systems, campaign strategy, and digital marketing, backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. At RESIGHT, she leads marketing execution across channels, managing everything from email campaigns and content creation to brand consistency, vendor coordination, and analytics reporting, while also supporting the broader team with materials across the full deal cycle and branding for additional company ventures.
