The Location
2200 Ford Street
Verge is three floors just outside downtown Golden, minutes from Clear Creek and Washington Ave. The site started as a gas station in the 1930s and later became Mountain Muffler in the 1970s. Keeping some of the relics and the story, we're building a workspace worth showing off with warm wood and a lot of natural light.
The Muffler Man
A beloved local landmark, the Muffler Man stood watch over Ford Street from the Mountain Muffler sign for decades.
When construction started in 2026 he ventured out to explore Golden, and he's been turning up here and there while we get his new home ready. He'll have a permanent spot front and center in the lobby to greet you when we open.

Your questions, answered
What's the deposit for?
A deposit holds your spot in line, locks your founding-member rate, and gives you first pick of what's available. The amount depends on membership tier and applies to your first month when you move in. It's refundable up until opening under the terms of your agreement, which we'll walk you through before you sign anything.
When does it open?
Spring 2027. We'll email you with construction updates and a firm date as it gets closer.
What if I don't know what space I need yet?
Pick "Not sure yet" in the form above. We'll walk you through options that best fit your needs, and you can change your selection anytime before committing.
What's included in the membership rate?
Basics include high-speed fiber internet, utilities, cleaning, secure access, package handling and mailboxes with USPS delivery, reservable conference rooms with wireless AV, and private call rooms.
The coffee bar runs all day and the reception kitchen stays stocked with grab-and-go food and drinks from local businesses.
We'll also host member happy hours, monthly speakers, and lunch and learns on leadership, business skills, and networking.
Parking's free, the building's dog friendly, and it's ADA accessible throughout.
Is there free parking?
Yes! We'll have both covered and uncovered spaces available, plus EV chargers and bike parking. If the lot happens to be full there's permit street parking through the City of Golden on 22nd, or free all-day street parking in the surrounding neighborhood if you don't mind a block or two on foot.
What's the coffee and snacks situation?
The first floor reception will have a coffee bar and grab-and-go food and drinks from local businesses.
Who's behind this?
Hi there, we're RESIGHT! We're a Golden-based real estate investment and advisory firm specializing in the repositioning of under-performing, environmentally impaired properties.
The old Mountain Muffler building from the 1930s is exactly that kind of project. We cleaned it up and are turning it into a place for professional growth and meaningful work for it's members and the community.
We're excited about our new building so we'll be moving in, too. You'll find us on the second floor.
