At RESIGHT we love to share news about what’s happening in the redevelopment world. Today’s news is about a property in Denver that is part of the redevelopment process for the former Lowry Air Force Base.
The Lowry Redevelopment Authority, which has been in charge of the 1,800-acre mixed-used site, today announced a 200,000-square-foot mixed-use project that will be anchored by Lucky’s Market, a grocer based in Boulder, marking its first store in the city of Denver. The property will be developed as a joint venture of Denver-based Confluent Development and Centennial-based Kelmore Development Corp.
