(April 6, 2018) RESIGHT and Eclipse Development Group, through their entity Double A Development Partners, LLC, are pleased to share a progress update for the New Haven, CT Redevelopment Project located at 201 Munson Street. The demolition of old structures is complete and work is nearly complete on clearing trees and brush from the site in preparation for development.

In collaboration with the City of New Haven, Double A envisions the 13-acre parcel adjacent to the Science Park redevelopment in New Haven, CT to be transformed to a residential apartment complex in this prime location near Yale University and surrounding neighborhoods. Additionally, the project will provide new jobs, affordable housing and increased tax revenues for the city.
