Tesla Boulevard Ribbon Cutting for Springbrook Farm Development

Mayor Don Mull and City Manager Mark Johnson of the City of Alcoa were on hand for the ribbon-cutting of Tesla Boulevard. This new road opens access to Springbrook Farm, an urbanist, mixed-use community development. Among the speakers was Mikk Anderson, RESIGHT Executive VP, who joined the Mayor and City Manager to cut the ribbon and then they took a debut drive down the boulevard in two vintage vehicles: a 1933 Packard Super 8 Victoria convertible and a 1929 Ford fire truck.

RESIGHT’s Springbrook Farm Development Ribbon Cutting Featuring EVP Mikk Anderson

City of Alcoa Mayor Don Mull and RESIGHT Executive VP Mikk Anderson were among the key speakers at the Tesla Boulevard ribbon-cutting for Springbrook Farm Development. The opening of Tesla Boulevard marks the end of an intensive 16-month construction effort, which included not just the road construction but also the installation of utilities and extensive landscaping. Tesla Boulevard connects the existing Hunt Road interchange and will allow for the start of development within Springbrook Farm. It is the first of three access roads planned for the upcoming mixed-use urban development site, which is the result of a public-private partnership between the City of Alcoa, the aluminum company Arconic (formerly ALCOA), and Springbrook Farm developers RESIGHT.
